asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether, in view of the natural attachment of Naval Air Arm personnel for their own service, he will now seek to replace elementary flying training of naval personnel at Royal Air Force stations, by setting up a naval elementary flying training establishment.

I do not think that the reason given by my hon. Friend would of itself justify a change in the existing arrangements.
