§ Mr. Wilfred PalingI understand this service to be working with satisfactory regularity in both directions, and correspondence posted for the advertised night mail collections is delivered by first post in both Central London and Central Manchester. I shall be obliged if the hon. Member will let me have any evidence he has to the contrary so that inquiry can be made.
