§ Sir S. CrippsWe have at present no means of knowing what sums may be payable to British nationals by the Egyptian Government as their claims for compensation are only now being submitted. No separate records of sums 75W payable in respect of war damage compensation to foreign nationals in this country have been kept, and the information requested could only be obtained by an excessive expenditure of time and labour.
