§ 109. Mr. Skinnardasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any action is to be taken on the four recommendations on mining policy in the 141W Report of the Joint Provincial Council of the Gold Coast, approved at its meeting of 2nd December, 1948, in view of the fact that these proposals are in accordance with the principles set forth in his Department's memorandum of 1947.
