§ 110. Mr. Skinnardasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what action has been taken as a result of the resolution of 12th January, 1948, passed by the Legislative Council of St. Christopher Nevis, demanding the introduction of adult suffrage, a fully elective Legislative Council and the abolition of property qualifications for membership of that body.
