§ LORD HENDERSONThere are 20 flying squadrons in the Royal Auxiliary Air Force, with an esiablishment of 280 officers and 2,260 airmen. The present strength is 246 officers and 1,514 airmen. In recent months the strength of these squadrons has increased at the rate of about 100 a month.
