Mr. Frederic Harrisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether in view of the fact that the Reference Committee lack disciplinary powers over an official arbitrator appointed under the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919, he will take steps to amend the existing law, in order to give them power to deal with alleged personal misconduct.
