§ Mr. BevanThe schemes are eligible if they will supply groups of houses as well as farms, but schemes carried out primarily to give agricultural supplies will not rank for grant under the Act. My right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries is empowered to make grants towards expenditure incurred by landowners and farmers in bringing supplies, public or otherwise. to their farms.
