§ Mr. S. Shephardasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that dentists in Nottinghamshire are unable to obtain supplies of Forms E.C.17 and E.C.25, and that in consequence immediate attention to patients is rendered difficult; and what steps is he taking to overcome this shortage.
