§ Sir C. Headlamasked the Minister of-Food whether he is aware that Durham County Council awarded contracts for the supply of soap to three public assistance institutions following tenders invited by public advertisement, but that his Department has hitherto refused to allow a change of supplier; and whether, in view of excess charges being incurred by this decision, he will allow a change of supplier in this case in the immediate future.
