Mr. Harold Davies

asked the Minister of Health if he is aware that dentists in the National Health Service have to refuse to accept emergency casual patients who need a tooth extracted immediately, because the time taken in checking the patient's whole mouth and in the operation disorganises the dentist's appointments; and whether he will review this problem.
