§ 58. Mr. Lipsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs why, at a time when motorists in this country are unable to obtain the petrol they need for business and other purposes, private motorists in Germany can use their cars much more freely and can make long journeys by car; and what action is he taking to put an end to this misuse of petrol.
