§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Education what is the result of the application made by the hon. Member for London University in the case of a teacher, Mr. C. A. Bentley, whose claim to have fulfilled the conditions, and qualified for a pension, was denied.
§ Mr. TomlinsonMr. Bentley's case has been reviewed and further particulars of his employment have been supplied by the London and Surrey Education Authorities and by Mr. Bentley himself. In the 89W result I am now satisfied that the conditions for the grant of a pension can be regarded as fulfilled. Formal notification will be sent to Mr. Bentley shortly.
