§ Mr. Platts-Millsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will make public the terms of the note addressed to His Majesty's Government by the Iraqi Government outlining the reasons for its refusal to ratify the recently-negotiated Anglo-Iraqi Treaty.
§ Mr. BevinIt would be for the Iraqi Government to publish the text of their note if they so desire. His Majesty's Government would have no objection to publication.
