§ Mr. IsaacsI am aware that in Scotland, as in most parts of Great Britain, there is at the moment an unsatisfied demand for plasterers, owing to the exceptional amount of house finishing work that is now in hand. We meet the situation as far as possible by allocating the available labour to the most urgent jobs.
