Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Health with whom the ownership of records of patients made by doctors in the service under the new Act remains, 103W and what precautions are taken to avoid breach of professional secrecy by those records coming into the possession of persons other than the doctor in charge of the patient, and without the consent of the patient.
