§ 79. Colonel Stoddart-Scottasked the Minister of Health whether those doctors and dentists who enter the National Health Service will have freedom to publish articles and books with regard to the organisation and administration of the Health Service and freedom to publish such articles without having to seek permission of individuals or authorities.
