§ 112. Mr. Goochasked the Minister of Transport if he will allow the Wells—Scunthorpe road improvement scheme at Fakenham, Norfolk, to which the Norfolk County Council is committed and towards which he has agreed to make a substantial grant, to proceed.
§ Mr. BarnesI have not agreed to make a grant towards this scheme, and in present economic conditions I regret that, on the information at present available, I would not feel justified in allowing it to proceed.
