Mr. Hobson

The Solihull Urban District is served by eight telephone exchanges, most of which also serve surrounding districts. There are 2,923 outstanding applications for service from these exchanges but it is not possible to say, without examining all the applications, how many are from the Solihull district. During the past year 1,057 new lines have been connected to these exchanges.
