§ Mr. Rees-WilliamsI would invite the hon. Member's attention to the reply given on this subject to the hon. Member for Bury (Mr. W. Fletcher) on 23rd June last, by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, The position has not changed since that date, but Mr. Malcolm MacDonald is to take over the combined functions of Governor-General and Special Commissioner early next year.
