HC Deb 13 November 1947 vol 444 c116W
Major Vernon

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies how many doctors are now working in the sleeping sickness campaign in Sierra Leone; and how this compares with the number working in 1945.

Mr. Rees-Williams

Two doctors are now working in the campaign as compared with three in 1945. It is hoped to restore the approved establishment of three doctors by recruitment.
