§ 101. Mr. W. J. Brownasked the Minister of Health under what circumstances he has rejected the appeal of Mr. Maurice Foxley, of Long Lawford, Rugby, to be allowed to build by his own labour, supplemented by part-time labour, two cottages, with materials already in his possession on land he owns, one cottage being designed for a miner and one for an agricultural worker.
§ Mr. BevanNo application for a civil building licence has been made by Mr. Foxley to the appropriate local authority. His proposed cottages have not yet been designed, and he has been advised to consult an architect.
