HC Deb 13 November 1947 vol 444 cc112-3W
118. Mr. Renton

asked the Secretary of State for Air what quantities of petrol are at present being stored on disused areodromes in Huntingdonshire.

Mr. A. Henderson

About 1,100 tons of petrol are stored at the R.A.F. Station Graveley, which is equipped with F.I.D.O., and the petrol has been kept there for use in emergency. There are no other stores of petrol at disused aerodromes in Huntingdonshire.
