§ Mr. Wilfred PalingLetters for Glasgow posted in London in time for the 5.30 p.m. head district and 4.15/4.30 p.m. sub district collections are due to be delivered on the following weekday. If the hon. Member will let me have details of any letters which seem to have suffered delay I will have investigation made.
