90. Mr. Rossasked the Postmaster-General if he will take steps to provide a post sub-office in Kilmarnock to take the place of the recently closed Duke Street post sub-office.
§ Mr. Wilfred PalingEvery effort has ben made and will continue to be made to re-open a post office in the Duke Street area of Kilmarnock, but unfortunately it has so far not proved possible to find suitable premises in which a post office might be accommodated.
