§ Mr. BelcherTwelve men and 12 women are employed in this Branch. The head is Mr. H. G. Pollard, an assistant secretary on a salary scale of £1,320 to £1,700 a year, who has a comprehensive knowledge of the Department's functions and an aptitude for organisation and methods work. The total cost of the Branch is £12,250 per annum.
