Mr. Wilkes

asked the Minister of National Insurance whether he is aware of the great anxiety felt amongst old age pensioners regarding the conditions constituting retirement; whether he will make it clear that, providing that not more than £1 per week is earned, retirement will be deemed to have taken place irrespective of the number of hours which are worked to earn the £1.
