§ 103. Mr. Cecil Manningasked the Minister of Pensions on what dates did he receive from Mr. A. E. Walker, 35, Braganza Street, London, S.W. 17 (Reference M2/134041), notice of Appeal to the Pension Appeal (Assessment) Tribunal, and his reasons for being two weeks late in returning his form (MPT 78); and, in view of the correspondence both before and after of the chairman of the Camberwell War Pensions Committee, whether he will now take immediate steps to place the appeal before the tribunal.
§ Mr. BuchananThe required dates are 27th May and 16th August, 1947, respectively. The Statement of Case was sent to Mr. Walker last week for his observations and the appeal should, therefore, shortly be ready to be sent to the tribunal.
