asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury if he will now reconsider the case of Mr. Arkle on whom an adverse report was made in 1922 and at least furnish Mr. Arkle with the reasons for that report which so far in spite of repeated applications Mr. Arkle has been unable to obtain.

Mr. Glenvil Hall

This officer's increment was suspended for three months in April, 1923, for unsatisfactory output. He was so informed at the time and I cannot re-open this matter after 24 years.
