§ 107. Mr. Zilliacusasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster whether he will make a statement in connection with the recent arrests of Nazi conspirators in the British and U.S. zones; whether he will publish a list of the names of those arrested; and whether any of the persons arrested held any position in the administration of the British zone of occupation in Germany.
§ Mr. J. HyndI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which I gave to the hon. Member for Cheltenham (Mr. Lipson) on 5th March. It is not in the public interest to publish at this stage a full official list of those arrested. None of them held any position in the administration of the British zone.
