§ 120. Mr. Kingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs the constitution and powers of the European Economic Commission; the names of the countries represented on it and of the British delegates; and its terms of reference and the date when its first meeting is to be held.
Mr. McNeilThe constitution and powers of the Commission will be embodied in its terms of reference which are at the moment under consideration by the Economic and Social Council. Details of its exact membership and time and place of meeting still have to be decided.
