asked the Minister of National Insurance if he is aware that

The following table gives the information:

Mr. George Martin, Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, who retired from the L.N.E.R Grimsby Docks after 52 years' service, has made five applications to his Department for his pension book, as indicated by the correspondence sent to him; that many requests have been sent by him during the last five months and still no book has been issued; and if he will look into the matter forthwith.

I am glad to be able to inform the hon. Member that a new pension book at the increased rate wag handed to Mr. Martin on 8th March.

Mr. Marlowe

asked the Minister of National Insurance why Mr. E. H. Partridge, pension No. 40516901, and Mrs. Partridge, pension No. 20509075, both of 8, Tidy Street, Brighton, have not yet received the old age pension books applied for last October.
