§ Mr. BelcherThe netting industry has been working to the fullest capacity which its labour force allows, and output for the home market is about equal to that152W of prewar. The demand for herring nets has, however, greatly increased and some delay in deliveries is unavoidable. It is most desirable that used herring nets should be reconditioned and mended to the greatest possible extent.
