Mr. Wyattasked the Postmaster-General which Departments have exercised their rights, since 1st January, 1947, under Section 3 of Clause 4 of the Licence Agreement for 29th November, 1946, between the Government and the B.B.C., to require the B.B.C. to broadcast any announcement or other matter; and how often have they done so.
