§ 113. Mr. Awberyasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware of the discontent among the officers and men in the camp off the Yio Chu Kang Road, Malaya; that the tents in which the men sleep and have. their food are leaking; that the supply of water is insufficient and the food supplied is almost invariably of the tinned variety; that the men in this camp feel that they are being neglected; that this state of affairs is likely to lead to unrest; and if he will take immediate steps to remove the causes of this unrest.
