§ Mr. BellengerThe total number of graves concentrated in El Alamein Cemetery and handed over to the Imperial War Graves Commission is 7,181. Expert engineers cannot give an opinion as to when all the mines will be rusted and no longer dangerous. The clearance of the El Alamein minefields is being undertaken by the Egyptian Government. 13W Work is now proceeding and to assist in this we have provided trained personnel and equipment.
