§ 95. Mr. Randallasked the Secretary of State for War to what extent free postage facilities have been granted to commanding officers of regiments whereby they may forward letters to old serving members of regiments urging them to subscribe to appeals.
§ Mr. BellengerNo special concessions have been granted for this purpose. Officers and men serving overseas still enjoy the concession of sending free to this country and the Empire letters up to two ounces in weight.
