§ Mr. Battleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state, for the period 1936–46, the percentages and total numbers of recidivists in the two categories of juvenile and adult offenders; and the percentage and total number of 253W juveniles who have eventually found themselves in the adult group of offenders over the same period of years.
