asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he will consider the early release of the March quota of paraffin.

Mr. Shinwell

Substantial increases in the supply of paraffin are being made to dealers during the present month, in addition to the normal February quota. In these circumstances, it will not be necessary to anticipate deliveries against the March quota.
