"Queen Elizabeth" to study the subject of district heating; the approximate cost involved; and whether, in view of the fact that this problem is one which vitally affects living conditions in dwelling-houses, any women are to be included in the party.

The cost of the visit is estimated at £2,400. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative, the object of the party being primarily to study the engineering and other technical problems involved.
