§ Mr. ShinwellThe coal in the two dumps to which the hon. Member refers, belongs to my Department. That at Longmoor Street, Wilton Road, Victoria, contains about 1,250 tons of house coal and the Baker Street dump contains about 2,000 tons of house coal. These stocks are part of some 11,250 tons of house coal which
