HC Deb 17 February 1947 vol 433 c125W
91. Sir G. Jeffreys

asked the Minister of Works whether he is aware of the inconvenience undergone by hon. Members who have to walk through the intense cold of Westminster Hall on their way to and from the Chamber, after leaving their coats in the Members' cloakroom; and whether he will arrange for this temporary cloakroom to be moved to the vicinity of the Central Hall.

Mr. Key

I am aware of the disadvantages of the present Members' cloakroom, but I regret that there is no space in the vicinity of the Central Hall to which it could conveniently be moved.
