Members who have to walk through the intense cold of Westminster Hall on their way to and from the Chamber, after leaving their coats in the Members' cloakroom; and whether he will arrange for this temporary cloakroom to be moved to the vicinity of the Central Hall.
§ Mr. KeyI am aware of the disadvantages of the present Members' cloakroom, but I regret that there is no space in the vicinity of the Central Hall to which it could conveniently be moved.
