§ Mr. ShinwellYes, Sir. Increased supplies of burning oil are being made available to all dealers. The hon. Member will, however, appreciate that owing to the state of the roads, some difficulty is being experienced in getting supplies to dealers in certain areas, but the Petroleum Board is making every endeavour to distribute supplies as quickly as possible.
