FreemanSamples of letters over the last 10 days, when bad weather has been slowing transport, give averages of 10 days for letters from this coun-72W try to the British zone, 8 days to the French zone and 14 days elsewhere. For inward letters the averages were 18 days from the British zone, 13 from the American, 11 from the French and 15 from the Russian.
