§ Mr. TomlinsonThese excavations are being carried out to prepare the foundations of the King George V Memorial, the site for which was approved by Resolutions of both Houses of Parliament. The completion of the memorial scheme requires the eventual demolition of No. 5, Old Palace Yard, but not until alternative accommodation can be provided for those Members who use it for office purposes,
