Mr. Creech JonesThe Act provides for the regulation of trade unions and trade disputes, and for matters connected therewith. Its provisions are in accord with the legislation of this country in a great many respects, for example those relating to tortious action, conspiracy and peaceful picketing; hut they fall short in others. I have received representations from Bermuda in this regard which I am considering in consultation with the Governor. In the meantime I shall be glad to send my hon. Friend a copy of the Act.
