§ Mr. McKayasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he is aware that the U.N.O. General Assembly rejected, on 12th February, 1946, a suggestion that all displaced persons, irrespective of 356W their wishes concerning repatriation, should be controlled by the representatives of the State from which they came; and, in the light of this decision, if he will examine closely the correspondence sent to him by the hon. Member for Wallsend relating to the dismissal of Dr. Zimmer in the Haren district and satisfy himself that this action was justified.
