§ Mr. MayhewHis Majesty's Embassy have on my right hon. Friend's instructions made it widely known in Poland that His Majesty's Government give no countenance or support whatever to underground movements hostile to the Polish Provisional Government. I am sure that neither the Ambassador nor his staff, with his knowledge, have done anything contrary to these instructions.
