§ Mr. Lowasked the Minister of Pensions whether, in view of free hospital treatment being available to all insured persons under the National Insurance Act, he will arrange for Rule 9 in the Pension Pay Book to be removed.
§ Mr. BuchananThe instructions contained in Pension Order Books will be modified as necessary when the provisions of the National Insurance Act, 1946, the National Health Service Act, 1946, and the National Assistance Bill now before Parliament become operative.
