mineral oil used in cotton spinning machinery, he will increase the allocation of soap to workers in the cotton industry.

Employers are required under the Factory Act to provide washing facilities for these workers and we make soap available for this purpose. I am advised that the amount allowed is adequate. If my hon. Friend has any particular cases in mind I should be very willing to consider them.
